The booking experience is the first point of contact for our customers and we know that first impressions are extremely important. Whether it’s a walk in, phone call, email or agency referral, our rentals team are ready to provide the high level of service and attention to detail that Vallarta Rentals are renowned for.

For visitors to Punta Mita the sheer number of options can be quite overwhelming and the search for the perfect vacation rental if not approached carefully, can be a daunting one filled with frustration. Navigating through different locations, prices, taxes, inclusions and exclusions is just the start. The daily changing availability only adds to the uncertainty of securing the best property.

Our Objective

As rental agents our first objective is to find out exactly what our customers want and what is important to them. The basics are number of adults, number of children and the ages of the children. What dates the customer wants to visit and their price expectations coupled with whether they want to stay in a villa or a condo are also important considerations. Other factors such how much flexibility the customer has in location, type of property and price also helps our rental agents only send relevant properties as options. These quantifiable variables, however, are mainly the realm of listings platforms and search engines, they only represent a small part of the customer’s requirements. Our rental agents will search availability and confirm the best available rates for relevant properties for the customer’s selected dates. They will then send the options to the customer. Here the more feedback the customer can provide the easier the rental agent can narrow the search. For example a customer might love the property but not the price. The customer might have first wanted a beach front property but loves an ocean front property option that the rental agent had sent. A particular bedroom configuration of a property might not work for the customer. The customer might have been made aware of a different location which provides better value for money. A customer may require a property with a more child friendly pool. These details all help our rental agents find the perfect property at the perfect price (availability permitting).

Flexible And Dynamic Rental Agent

In addition things can change on both sides. An extra family may now be included/excluded in the group so the customer needs a bigger/smaller property. The customer’s budget or dates may have changed. An available property may have been booked overnight. Conversely a last minute cancellation may have made a new property available at a great rate. An experienced rental agent will be both flexible and dynamic. Things change quickly in the rental market and our rental agents need to have contingency plans in place. Once the customer has decided on their vacation rental, the rental agent’s final task is to coordinate payment and complete the booking with the customer. Once complete the rental agent will then connect the customer to their personal Vallarta Rentals concierge who will then assist the customer with any pre trip planning they may require.
